MSN’s Appetite for Life with Andrew Zimmern will be in downtown Baton Rouge on Wednesday to film show segments in front of a live audience. A food truck “Wround-up” will be held in conjunction with the event, with each truck preparing a dish that reflects its unique concept but is rooted in Cajun flavors. The food trucks will donate 10% of gross sales to the Capital Area United Way, which is partnering with the show. There’s also a jambalaya cook-off, and the public will be able to purchase samples, which will also benefit the CAUW.
