The first pad for an office park in the Copper Mill development in Zachary has been sold. A CPA and a real estate office for the development will move into the office park, which is set to begin construction in the next 30 to 45 days, says Brian Dantin, who is developing the park. “We’re also negotiating for an outparcel,” says Dantin. Plans are to build about 30,000 square feet of general office space in the development. Dantin also wants to bring in some medical office space. Copper Mill now has more than 300 homes along with an elementary school.
