A Florida company has purchased the CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Florida Boulevard and Lobdell Avenue for $3.43 million. Benderson Property Development of University Park, Fla., bought the building in a deal that was closed last week. The pharmacy opened in the fall. CVS traditionally sells its stores after they open and leases them back from a real estate investment trust. The CVS near the North Gates of LSU sold in October for $1.9 million to a Dallas group.
