For more than 25 years, Margo Bouanchaud Hayes has catered events all over the South. But she’s no food snob; her favorite food is fried chicken. Her company has cooked and served at antebellum homes, in cotton fields and barns, and in the Blue Ridge Mountains, to name a few.
