The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana wants to make sure everyone knows where politicians and candidates are getting their campaign funds. The group has released a citizen fact sheet on campaign finance disclosures and a plain-language explanation of how the public can access campaign reports. The published document is in English; PAR also will be making it available in Spanish and Vietnamese. The release of the fact sheets is timed to assist residents in navigating campaign finance reports for the fall elections. The fact sheet can be found on PAR’s website here.
