Baton Rouge-based software company Envoc has started construction on a new corporate headquarters in the City Farm office development, off Jefferson Highway. Construction is expected to cost $1.6 million for the 6,500-square-foot building, which Envoc founder and CEO Calvin Fabre says will give the company an additional 2,000 square feet compared to its former offices
