Come Saturday, Scott Wilson and a majority of the Metro Council want your help in fixing a nonexistent problem that they unquestionably created, says Business Report Executive Editor JR Ball. Voters, in two separate proposals, are being asked to alter the Plan of Government to change the makeup of the library and BREC boards. If approved, each board would be expanded to give Baker, Central and Zachary direct representatives on the otherwise at-large boards. “Both proposals are ridiculously pointless and should be soundly rejected,” Ball says in his latest column, which you can read in its entirely here.
