Real estate investment trust Easterly Government Properties Inc. announced the sale of Baton Rouge’s Veterans Affairs and Health Resources and Services Administration buildings as part of a 10-property portfolio deal worth $205.3 million. A call to request more information about who purchased the two local properties as well as their sale prices was not returned
