Texas-based homebuilder DR Horton bought 75 lots in southeast Zachary for a new planned development near Old Weiss and Lower Zachary roads. DR Horton Inc. Gulf Coast bought the lots for $3.3 million from Baton Rouge-based H&H Acquisitions, represented by Ted Hicks, in a deal filed last week with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk
