Tuesday: The Ronald Reagan Newsmaker Luncheon will be held at noon at Café Américain, 7541 Jefferson Hwy. There’s no formal program for this luncheon but everyone will be encouraged to tell their favorite Christmas stories. Lunch is $19.50 payable to the restaurant.
