Time is running out to submit nominations and applications for the fall session of the Business Report Executive Leadership Academy. Nominations are only being accepted online through Friday, June 23.
The exclusive program, offered by Business Report and SSA Consultants, is designed to help advancing professionals and entrepreneurs elevate their leadership skills through personal development, professional growth, civic outreach, networking and insight from top guest CEO speakers. The first class of the academy graduated earlier this year.
The academy is open to professionals with five years of business and/or management experience, and those who are on the fast-track for increased responsibility at any level of an organization. CEOs, COOs, CFOs or others can nominate executives as well as emerging and high performers to participate in the academy, and entrepreneurs and small business owners are also encouraged to apply. To ensure a personalized experience, the selection process will be competitive and only 36 candidates will be chosen to participate. Attendees will represent a wide variety of industries as well as the nonprofit and government sectors.
This fall session for 2017 program will be presented over five Fridays, beginning on Aug. 18. The final session will take place on Oct. 27. Among the many topics slated for the fall session: Managing a multigenerational workforce, building an organizational climate to attract and retain millennials, fostering engaged employees and creating a high-performance culture. Guest speakers, group exercises and networking opportunities are also on the agenda, and all participants will receive a one-hour professional coaching session.
The cost of the academy is $3,850, which covers all meals, assessments, supplies and coaching. Get complete details and apply to be a part of this fall’s Business Report Executive Leadership Academy.
