A Domino’s franchise is set to move into The Wesley, a new shopping center going up at 1072 W. Lee Drive in the student-heavy Lee and Burbank Drive corridor.

The pizza franchise will occupy roughly 1,756 square feet of space in the 7,500-square-foot development, says Grey Hammett III, a broker with Mike Falgoust & Associates Commercial Real Estate.

Hammett, who is overseeing the marketing for the development, says the Domino’s will have a drive-thru and dining space.

Construction of the shopping center is slated to be complete by January, Hammett says. Domino’s is expected to move in by the end of January or early February.
