The Downtown Development District is asking Baton Rougeans to submit pictures of themselves, their family and friends, to use as part of its ribbon cutting for the new North Boulevard Town Square downtown. The ceremony is set for noon on Tuesday, April 10, at the new public space that’s been open for about two months. DDD says those who email photos to ddd@brgov.com by noon Thursday will see them appear on the large screen that serves as the centerpiece of North Boulevard Town Square throughout next week. See a complete schedule of more than 50 events planned to take place in the course of the next two months at the town square here.
