A two-suite, 4,626-square-foot office building at 10629 Hillary Court located just off Bluebonnet Boulevard near its intersection with Highland Road has sold recently for $708,000.
At $153.04 per square foot, the sale price represents an increase for office space in the area. The building, located across the street from the Bluebonnet Regional Branch Library, is an older property that will require some renovation, but it is a solid location for office use.
The new owner, Ana Maria Sardi, has been investing in office use properties in the Baton Rouge area for some time. She recently purchased and is renovating a converted residence in the central business district on St. Joseph Street. Sardi will renovate the building on Hillary Court and make it available for lease.
Sardi bought the building from Rocky Cunningham. Brokers in the transaction were Ellene Hall with Coldwell Banker, who represented the purchaser, and Chris Jacob, who represented the seller.
