Developer John O. Hearin is hoping to break ground this summer on his long-awaited Lofts at 6C, a mixed-use development set to encompass an entire downtown block along Sixth Street between Florida and Convention streets. Construction is expected to last about 18 months. Once completed, the six-story development will feature 142 residential units—58 one-bedroom units
