Companies walking a fine line when it comes to diversity efforts 

Tensions around efforts to increase diversity in American workplaces had been building for years prior to last week’s Supreme Court decision on affirmative action in the college admissions process, The Wall Street Journal reports. Americans are divided along racial and political lines about the importance of diverse workplaces, according to a Pew Research Center survey
