East Baton Rouge City-Parish bought the shopping center at the corner of Plank and Hooper roads on behalf of the neighboring Greater Baton Rouge Airport District as part of a $54 million airport and traffic project. The city-parish bought the property for $2.27 million from Plank Crossing LLC, which had acquired it in early 2019.
