Baton Rouge-based home furnishings retailer Christian Street Furniture announced today it’s opening a third location this summer, in Lafayette. “After 21 years, we are excited to start the next phase of our business,” says owner John Burns. “Our Lafayette customers have been shopping with us for years, and we are pleased to announce that we will now be able to service them locally.” The Lafayette location, at 3809 South Ambassador Caffery Parkway, will be a full-service store featuring a StudioRowe Gallery, Burns says. Christian Street Furniture’s Baton Rouge location is on Corporate Boulevard, and it also has a store on Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Metairie. The Lafayette store will open in July, Burns says.
