Jeffrey Cheng and his children have established themselves as one of the first families of Baton Rouge’s dining scene, operating restaurants that serve Chinese and Japanese food, British pub fare and barbecue. Cheng has a simple formula for customer loyalty: “Good food, fresh food, a clean place.
