A 0.64-acre lot at Wax Road and Willow Brook Drive in Central has been sold for a developer who plans to build an O’Reilly Auto Parts. Kimble Development of Central II, represented by Jonathan Starns and Kent Walker of Donnie Jarreau Real Estate, bought the land for $385,000 in a deal that closed last week. While the owner would not reveal plans for the property, permit information shows that an O’Reilly Auto Parts is planned. Kimble also owns a tract of land across Wax Road from the site and plans to build a retail development there.
