Central Plaza, the strip center on the corner of Wax and Sullivan roads in Central, has sold for $5.6 million. D’Argent Companies, an Alexandria-based real estate and investment firm, purchased the 15-year-old shopping center through its WM Blanchard LLC in a deal that closed last Wednesday. The seller was Bill Eisman of Wisconsin-based Castle Realty
