CC’s Coffee House is expanding to Denham Springs, with a new location opening this fall at 2200 S. Range Ave.

The new large format store will be the first company-owned and -operated CC’s Coffee House to open since 2010, the Louisiana company says.

For the past several years, CC’s Coffee House has expanded across southeast Louisiana primarily through licensed franchised locations. The iconic Louisiana brand has been planning to enter the Livingston Parish market for a while.

But with some businesses unable to reopen after the August flood, CC’s execs felt it was the right time to make the move into the Denham Springs market, Celton Hayden Jr., the company’s CEO and president, says in a statement.

The new location is part of the first step in the long-term rebuilding of the community, Hayden, who lives in Denham Springs, says.

“I understand the frustrations that still exist post flood and I also understand the strength and resolve that exist in this community as it is recovering,” Hayden says. “I want the citizens of Denham to know that we heard you and that we listened. CC’s Coffee House is committed to being a part of the regrowth and new momentum in Denham Springs.”

In the next 12 months, CC’s Coffee House plans to open additional locations in Zachary, Broussard, Covington, Lake Charles, Lafayette, New Iberia, Pineville and Thibodaux. The company plans to triple its locations by 2020.

CC’s Coffee House currently has over 38 locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi and plans to expand to the broader Gulf South.
