With health care costs increasing, promoting healthy lifestyles among businesses has become more essential than ever, affecting your bottom as well as your company’s bottom line. So who better to set the example for health and wellness than the leaders of their respective organizations?
With that in mind, Business Report partnered with Bally Total Fitness Baton Rouge to put business executives to the test in the first Fittest Execs competition. The goal was to identify those executives who are physically fit and to encourage others to follow their lead.
More than 50 of the Capital Region’s most successful executives dropped and gave us 20. They were measured, weighed, poked and prodded in order to determine the area’s Fittest Execs.
The competition was limited to executives of companies or corporations with more than five employees in the following positions: C-level, president, vice president, owner, partner and executive director as well as retired executives.
