The Baton Rouge area continued to post steady job growth in November as Louisiana’s employment levels climbed to their second-highest point on record, according to new federal labor data. The Capital Region recorded 434,300 seasonally adjusted jobs last month, an increase of 800 from October and 3,000 over the past year, state workforce officials said.
