State authority puts forth $1.3B coastal restoration spending plan for fiscal year

The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority has put forward a nearly $1.3 billion spending plan for the fiscal year that begins July 1, marking the first time CPRA could hit its goal of spending $1 billion annually on its 50-year, $50 billion comprehensive coastal restoration blueprint.
