Thursday — A seminar on creating smartphone apps for business will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at Crowne Plaza. Saturday-Sunday — The Capital Region Builders Association will hold its 34th annual Habitat Home & Garden Show at the Baton Rouge River Center. More than 250 companies will have booths at the event, displaying products used in building, remodeling, decorating and landscaping. March 16 — A Louisiana Leadership Forum, sponsored by 10/12 magazine, will be held at 4 p.m. at the Lafayette Hilton Hotel. Gov. Bobby Jindal will be the guest speaker, and there will be a panel discussion with top executives from along the corridor, including Bill Fenstermaker, CEO and chairman of C.H.
