Red Stick Self Storage on Burbank Drive has been sold for $1.4 million. A group called “8847 Burbank” bought the center from Red Stick Self Storage in a deal that was filed Tuesday. Joe Preskitt, who now owns the center, says he will continue managing the property as storage. There are 230 units in the center; Preskitt says a high percentage of them are leased.
