BRAC is encouraging all businesses in the region to register with the Louisiana Business Emergency Operations Center, which has been “virtually activated” in anticipation of Hurricane Isaac. Registered companies will receive news alerts and have a chance to provide status updates if their business is affected. And by registering and completing a profile, company officials can describe any products or services the company offers that may be able to assist the state during a disaster.
