Two Baton Rouge attorneys purchased new office spaces in a pair of separate deals that closed this week, according to records from the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court.

Laurel Gene Properties LLC, managed by Michael and Sandra Fiser, bought an office downtown at 1055 Laurel St. for $315,000. According to a listing from the seller’s agent, the building is nearly 4,000 square feet. Elizabeth Sumrall sold the property, represented by Jim Allen of Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate. Michael Fiser’s law firm currently operates at 830 Main St.

In a separate transaction, Ad Astra Inc., managed by Christopher Alexander and Maria Belcher, bought the building at 3751 Government St., near South Acadian Thruway, for $260,000 from CS Asset Management LLC, managed by James Ramsey III.
