Beau Box Commercial Real Estate has merged with Lafayette-based Valor Commercial Real Estate. The Lafayette office will be rebranded under the Beau Box name, and plans are to boost the number of agents from five to seven. Valor was founded in March 2009 by Monty Warren, who was formerly a director and vice president for Stirling Properties’ commercial division. Valor helped secure the site for Halliburton’s $65 million manufacturing facility in Lafayette and is working with the Schumacher Group, which is expanding its headquarters. Warren will become a vice president with Beau Box. “It is a wonderful opportunity to work with Monty,” says Box. “He brings extensive commercial real estate experience and has already made his mark on Lafayette and the Acadiana area.”
