Block Companies has named Stevie Keller Director of Business Development for its new Dallas office, joining its Baton Rouge and Houston locations.
Keller brings experience in multifamily development, finance and capital markets. Most recently, as Managing Director at Alliance Residential, he helped capitalize and develop more than 2,500 multifamily units worth over $600 million. Previously, he worked with CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance team on projects across the Southeast. He holds a finance degree from the University of Alabama.
With longstanding family ties to Block, Keller was drawn to its straightforward approach and focus on lasting client relationships. “I am excited to build upon the decades-long legacy Block has built,” he said.
