Bin 77 Bistro & Wine will double the size of its restaurant and add new menu options with an expansion into an adjoining space at Perkins Rowe, the company announced this morning.

“The new area will be different in that we will serve smaller dishes and offer a late-night menu until 2 a.m. We also plan to offer Sunday brunch,” says Bin 77 partner Brian Dykes, who co-owns the restaurant with Kelwin Clark and Linda Perez Clark, in a prepared statement. “The patio area between the two buildings will stay the same size, though the furniture and decorating will be updated with a single, classic style throughout the two interior spaces and the patio.”

The restaurant, which is located on Grand Avenue within the mixed-use development at Bluebonnet Boulevard and Perkins Road, currently measures 2,700 square feet and has seating for 60 in the dining room and 14 in the bar area. It will remain open during the renovation, which is expected to be completed by the spring of next year. Dykes says the expanded location will offer classic cocktails and craft beers, as well as a private wine room. Amy Strother of Denicola’s Furniture & Upholstery is handling the interior design.
