Bernhard, the largest privately owned energy-as-a-service company in the nation, has completed its acquisition of ETC Group, the companies announced today. Utah-based ETC Group is an energy efficiency engineering firm that includes software subsidiary companies BuildingFit and GrowFit Analytics.
