Houston-based Integrity Elevator Solutions has acquired Stratos Elevator of Baton Rouge, the companies announced late Friday.
Founded in 1989 in Virginia, Stratos Elevator moved into its Baton Rouge headquarters in January 2001 to service clients along the Gulf Coast. The acquisition by IES marks significant growth of the company’s footprint. IES was launched in 2020 as a comprehensive elevator installer and service provider.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
“Bringing Stratos Elevator into our operations is a strategic move that fits perfectly with our growth goals,” says Brent Stark, IES president.
Stark notes that Louisiana crews will be outfitted in purple and gold to celebrate the company’s expansion in Baton Rouge.
