The Baton Rouge Youth Coalition has announced that Lucas Spielfogel will step down as CEO on Dec. 31. Spielfogel, who has served as CEO since July 2012, will be succeeded by Josh Howard, BRYC’s chief of staff. Howard, who joined BRYC in 2017 as its inaugural director of persistence, will serve as CEO designate immediately
