SRS Wealth Management is moving from its South Sherwood Forest Boulevard location to a new spot on American Way where clients will find a one-stop shop for their financial needs.
Wolfe & Goux Holdings bought the property, located at 4333 American Way, on April 6 for $218,000 with the intention of building a new office for SRS, which will lease the building from Wolfe & Goux. The holding company received a construction permit Friday to begin building the new office space. Wolfe Washauer, co-owner of Wolfe & Goux, says the company hopes to break ground before the end of the year.
The planned 9,700-square-foot, two-story building, which will be called the SRS Building, will feature five suites with a common area on the first floor and two suites with a common area on the second floor, according to the permit. Construction is estimated to cost about $900,000.
Washauer says SRS is creating the one-stop shop with their financial planning associates, an estate attorney, a property and casualty insurance agent and an accountant all under the same roof.
“The concept is a client will come into SRS and it will be a one-stop shop for all their estate and financial planning needs,” Washauer says.
SRS Wealth Management is currently located at 3636 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., Unit 470.
