Software developer Kologik has acquired Mandeville-based Murphy Technologies for an undisclosed price.

Murphy Technologies has been in business for more than 15 years, supplying public safety software applications to public safety agencies. The company’s founder, Sean Murphy, will serve as Kologik’s vice president of product development and continue to lead his original team.
