A group of local investors has paid $9.55 million for a towering glass office building on Bluebonnet Centre Boulevard.

The buyers, Baton Rouge-based 9100 Bluebonnet Centre Boulevard BR LLC, purchased the roughly 70,500-square-foot building from a group of sellers: Bluebonnet Centre I LLC; Engel Realty Company Inc.; Yerger Properties L.P.; Clements L.P.; and W.A. Clements, Jr. Engel Realty is based in Alabama, and all the other groups and individuals are based in Mississippi. The sellers had owned the building since 2001. It is currently 100% occupied, with 18 tenants, and was built in 1985.

The deal closed Thursday. Michael DiVincenti Jr. is listed as the manager for the buyer. Ty Gose, a commercial real estate agent with NAI/Latter & Blum, brokered the deal along with fellow NAI/Latter & Blum agent Walt Ketchings III. Gose declined comment on the deal, saying both the buyers and sellers asked him not to make any statements about the sale.

Attempts to reach both parties on both sides were unsuccessful as of this afternoon’s deadline, and messages for comment were not returned.

The building is located just off Bluebonnet Boulevard, near the intersection with Interstate 10 and behind the Wyndham Garden Baton Rouge hotel. It is visible from the interstate.
