Homeowner vacancy rates in the Baton Rouge metropolitan statistical area dropped steeply from the third quarter to the fourth in 2022, according to the latest U.S. census data. The homeowner vacancy rate, which represents the number of owned homes that are vacant while they are listed for sale, declined from 1.2% in the third quarter
