The crew of the Cooking Channel show Eat St. will be in Baton Rouge over the next few days, filming local food trucks. The Curbside hamburger truck will be filmed at lunchtime Thursday, when it is set up downtown on Spanish Town Road, near the Capitol. Friday at lunchtime, the GOYaYa’s crepe truck will get its chance to shine; it should be parked around Spanish Town Road or North Street. And on Saturday, the Taco de Paco business will be taped when it is open for business at the NeuroMedical Center, next to Perkins Rowe, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend all tapings. Nick Hufft, who owns Curbside, says the plan is to use the footage in three different episodes of Eat St., which will air over the next several months.
