Neighbors Federal Credit Union has purchased a nearly 10,500-square-foot garden-style office building adjacent to its Perkins Road headquarters for roughly $1.6 million so it can continue to expand in the Capital Region.
The building is located at 8245 YMCA Plaza Drive, which is at the intersection of Perkins, and it sits on roughly 0.85 acres of land, according to Sperry Van Ness | Graham, Langlois & Legendre.
“It allows Neighbors Federal Credit Union to continue its expansion in the region, adding more office space for its growing credit union staff,” SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre says in a statement.
The seller was Grip Enterprises LLC, represented by Steve Legendre, Joey Canella and Ryan Fruge of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre.
“The timing of the sale was perfect for the seller, who plans on moving into a nearby office building,” says the real estate firm.
Justin Langlois with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre represented Neighbors Federal Credit Union in the deal, which closed on Thursday.
