Business on business lawsuits on the rise in Baton Rouge

The American Bar Association this summer warned attorneys to brace for a “tsunami of pandemic-related litigation.” Some attorneys say that wave has arrived in Baton Rouge and doesn’t appear to be cresting anytime soon.  “We’ve had an increase of legal work to the point that we’ve had to hire people over the last few months,”
