Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Shreveport all made a list of the 25 best cities for recent college graduates. Baton Rouge finished 15th on the list, compiled by online magazine The Daily Beast, while New Orleans was 16th and Shreveport was 20th. The list makers considered several factors, including unemployment, average salary per capita, the number of rental properties and percentage of population between the ages of 22 and 24. Fayetteville, N.C., topped the list; other cities included Omaha, Neb., Oklahoma City and Houston. See the full list here.
