Who’s building the strongest health care organization in this region? Nominate them.

Behind every patient who receives great care is an organization that made it possible—one that built the right team, invested in the right capabilities and executed at a high level, day after day.

The Outstanding Health Organization category in Business Report‘s inaugural Excellence in Health Care Awards recognizes the institutions that have measurably strengthened health care delivery across the Capital Region. These are the hospitals, clinics, practices and health systems that don’t just talk about improving access and outcomes—they demonstrate it. As significant investment reshapes health care infrastructure across Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes, the organizations leading that charge deserve recognition.

The Excellence in Health Care Awards will honor leaders across seven categories: Outstanding Health Care Executive, Emerging Health Care Leader, Outstanding Practitioner, Outstanding Health Organization, Achievement in Innovation, Lifetime Achievement and Community Impact.

Nominations are open to individuals and organizations making a measurable impact within the Capital Region’s health care ecosystem, including hospitals and clinics, private practices, research institutions, public health agencies and community-based initiatives.

An independent selection panel of respected health care professionals will evaluate all nominations.

Finalists and honorees will be featured in the August edition of Business Report and recognized at a formal dinner and awards ceremony on Aug. 12 at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge.

Nominations are open through April 17. Learn more and submit a nomination here.
