Retail, office development going up on Siegen Lane

A retail and office development anchored by a Geico insurance office is going vertical on Siegen Lane between Rooms To Go and Burgersmith.

Geico insurance agent Mike Long and his family broke ground on the Siegen Professional Plaza development last week. Construction is tentatively expected to be complete in the spring.

Long will relocate his current office, also on Siegen Lane, to the new 12,800-square-foot development, which has space for three additional tenants. His new office will occupy 7,049-square-feet in the 2.9 acre development.

Cangelosi Ward is the general contractor, WHLC is the architect, and David Trusty of Coldwell Banker One Commercial is handling leasing.
