Perkins Rowe will debut its redeveloped public space with a Food Truck RoundUp event on Saturday, Dec. 8, from 6 to 9 p.m., Perkins Rowe owner Trademark Property Company announced today.

The event will serve as the official activation of The Green, the park formerly known as Magnolia Park, adjacent to J. Crew and Anthropologie.

“As the industry continues to innovate through experiential retail, our team consciously strives to deliver highly curated and activated spaces through our design and placemaking,” says Cassie King, director of design and innovation for Trademark Property Company in a prepared statement.

The Green is designed to be a place for visitors to gather, play games and relax. It’s also home to a new 3,000-square-foot building that is currently available for lease to a dining and beverage business.  The building takes up half the park on the east side of the property, next to Anthropologie.
