Dually inspired by the contemporary influences of Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie and Pablo Picasso’s Girl Before a Mirror, Of Moving Colors dance company presents Looking Glass at Manship Theatre this weekend. This never-before-seen contemporary piece entails dance, text, music and visual art, and guests will have the unique experience of viewing the stage stripped bare for a refreshing, distinctly modern perspective. Two performances: 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $10 to $35 and available at the Manship Theatre Box Office or by calling 338-0804.
Also this weekend: Flying monkeys skate on stage as Runnels’ presents Wizard of Oz. Check out 225 Select to get the scoop on tickets to see Jerry Seinfeld at the River Center and Loretta Lynn at Paragon Casino.
