The Bridge Center board has selected the C Temple Commercial Building at 3455 Florida Blvd. as the site of its planned mental health facility.
The decision—made at today’s board meeting—follows the recommendation of RI International, the Phoenix-based firm chosen to operate the center.
The property is owned by board member Collis B. Temple Jr., who was absent from today’s meeting but has previously said he would resign from the board if the site was selected.
The facility’s opening is tentatively planned for the spring.
