The Kingston Point apartment complex on Boulevard de Province has been sold for $5.15 million. Blue Valley Apartments, a group based out of West Palm Beach, Fla., bought Kingston Point from Fannie Mae in a deal that was filed Friday. Kingston Point, which was built in 1978, has 155 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. An apartment manager says the complex is 90% occupied. This is the second $5.1 million apartment deal in the past week. Stirling Properties bought the 108-unit Coventry Terrace complex on July Street, near State Street, late last week. —Timothy Boone
