A local investor has purchased Courtland Apartments for $900,000, according to the latest report from Elifin Realty. The complex is a two-building, 16-unit property on Arnold Lane next door to the After Five Tuxedo Co. on Airline Highway. The buyer, Chris Nguyen of Prairieville, completed the transaction through the recently registered company Sanovan Properties LLC.
